Policy
The terms on which Air Media provides Desi D2C Digest. Last updated 17 October 2026.
Desi D2C Digest is published by Air Media, a sole proprietorship based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or reading Desi D2C Digest you agree to these terms.
A paid subscription gives one person access to every issue we publish during the subscription period, normally a Tuesday Teardown and a Friday Quick Steals each week, delivered by email. We may change the schedule, format or length of issues, and occasionally skip a week, with notice in the newsletter.
Your subscription is tied to the email address you pay with. Keep it accurate so issues reach you. If you change email, tell us and we will move your subscription. Sharing or forwarding paid issues to non-subscribers, or posting them publicly, is not permitted. Team access for more than one reader is available on request.
All issues, graphics and the Desi D2C Digest name and marks belong to Air Media. You may use the ideas and playbooks freely in your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the issues themselves, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission. Short quotes with attribution and a link are welcome.
Our teardowns are editorial analysis built from public information, brand claims and our own estimates. Figures attributed to brands are their claims, not audited numbers. Nothing we publish is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Test in your own context before committing budget.
Issues may link to other sites and may carry clearly labelled sponsor messages. We are not responsible for third-party content or products.
You can cancel as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period unless the breach is serious.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the newsletter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and the updated date above will change. Continuing to subscribe after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
